For the past 10 years, a group of Australian charities has been pooling their gifts in wills data to answer a question none of them could answer alone: what actually moves a supporter from considering a gift to confirming one, and how many of those confirmations become realised gifts?Â
The findings have changed how these organisations forecast, invest and steward.
